Job Location: Guyana
This job is accountable for ensuring that the ISO Consultancy Service is supported administratively and marketed through Lead follow up. A key deliverable of the job is the management of the administrative tasks associated with marketing and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
• Identifying, prospects and promoting the services of the firm
• Pursuing leads and convert to clients
• Forwarding marketing information to prospects
• Social media marketing (Facebook groups/ LinkedIn)
• Sending LinkedIn Messages
• Receiving and responding to all interests from incoming emails, phone calls and What's App messages
• Communicating the date and times of webinars and information sessions
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University or an ISO related discipline
- Experience in an ISO Management System Standard (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 45001, HACCP, ISO/lEC 17020) or any related ISO standard would be desirable.
- Must have experience on implementation of ISO Standards i.e. ISO 9001, and conducting training on ISO standards, monitoring and reviewing corrective actions
- Theoretical and practical training on ISO quality management system auditing (certification in quality auditing is an asset)
- Excellent command of quality tools, data management, report preparation, procedure writing, and risk-based thinking skills
