Responsibilities:

  • Lead our business development efforts in an emerging market
  • Foster relationships with line management amongst our clients
  • Actively engage in local community, build a network locally to support ex-pat and local community
  • Travel between client offices, sites to develop business opportunities
  • Act as facilitator/fixer for local contacts 
  • Network with local ex-pat community, develop relationships attract recruits.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in client management and technical recruitment 
  • Proven experience with major operators
  • Proven experience with Tier 1 contractors: Major EPCMS and Drilling Contractors
  • Education and experience reflective of job requirements
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop relationships with clients
