Responsibilities:
- Lead our business development efforts in an emerging market
- Foster relationships with line management amongst our clients
- Actively engage in local community, build a network locally to support ex-pat and local community
- Travel between client offices, sites to develop business opportunities
- Act as facilitator/fixer for local contacts
- Network with local ex-pat community, develop relationships attract recruits.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client management and technical recruitment
- Proven experience with major operators
- Proven experience with Tier 1 contractors: Major EPCMS and Drilling Contractors
- Education and experience reflective of job requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to develop relationships with clients
