Location: GUYANA

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide adequate support to employees and managers in the application and execution of all relevant policies & procedures
  • Monitor and support the implementation and execution of HR policies, procedures, processes, and instruments
  • Remain updated with all possible future policies, practices, and trends in the organization, with the competition, and in the marketplace
  • Deploy and follow-up on Group HR projects and annual topics 
  • Support in the execution of New Employees integration/ onboarding 
  • Review data, perform analytics and prepare presentations and suggestions for the HR Business Partner and other relevant HR stakeholders
  • Develop an understanding of the customer base / HR Community/ other relevant company functions orientation and preferences to anticipate needs 
  • Engage with HR community or other stakeholders to share developments, align approach and pro-actively share best practices to enable continuous improvements. 
  • Proactively engage with local HR to ensure that the deliveries are aligned with local requirements, on time and within defined budgets
  • Provide strong administrative/ clerical support to the HR Functional areas to ensure the team as a unit meets its mandates 


  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of HR Experience
  • Working knowledge of Labor Laws of Guyana
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking ability and a strong proactive attitude
  • Accurate, independent, innovative, customer-oriented, and flexible work ethics
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Experience to analyze data base and produce reports
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently (unsupervised)
