Working Hours: 

5 days per week, various shifts including 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, motivate, and guide team members to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
  • Interact with customers, address inquiries and concerns, and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks.
  • Ensure that food and beverages meet quality standards and are served promptly.
  • Manage cash registers, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure the restaurant's compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Responsible for opening and closing procedures as per shift schedule.


  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality is a plus.
