Working Hours:
5 days per week, various shifts including 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, motivate, and guide team members to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive work environment.
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Interact with customers, address inquiries and concerns, and ensure an exceptional dining experience.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks.
- Ensure that food and beverages meet quality standards and are served promptly.
- Manage cash registers, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the restaurant's compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Responsible for opening and closing procedures as per shift schedule.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality is a plus.
