Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Manage office resources 
• Prepare and monitor all types of correspondences 
• Maintaining electronic and physical records 
• Assist in inventory and asset management 
• Assist in management of human resources 
• Assist in marketing activities 
• Assist in document preparation 
• Generate Reports 
• Provide general support to team members 

Requirements: 

• Five CSEC passes, including Mathematics and English Language 
• At least two years administrative or support level experience 
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications 
• Must be a team player 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Excellent planning and organizational skills 
• A high level of professionalism and ability to work with confidential and sensitive information. 
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
